Eggs are conserved in two refrigerated tanks, each with capacity of 8,000 litres of egg. Weekly 800,000 eggs are processed.

The baking process in a tunnel oven of 25 meter can start, with computer-controlled monitoring of the temperature.

CéDé egg food is packaged in aluminum foil to guarantee its freshness and to protect it from high temperatures as well as to keep insects from entering.
